The employees of the University Hospital Pilsen (FN) and the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen (LF) register and log in to the portal using the same data as in the FN and CAS systems.

Example login for employees of FN: employee Jan Student logs in with his work email studentj@fnplzen.cz:

• Username: studentj (without @fnplzen.cz)
• Password: The same password as when you log in to your work computer or your work email
